Any update on this?

an update for everyone, we are still trying to get a viable price from Metroll for this. Jeremy Wallace is working on it.

Ashley Gale: we can select it in the BOM now, can SteelX use that price for now and work on pricing in the meantime
Ashley Gale
Mark Goodwin: I don't think that pricing is valid. I'll have to check and possibly remove it from the price list.

Any update on this one? We have just installed a PA door & we simply ordered some 103mm pressing from Metroll - it was a little more expensive than C100. Much easier, quicker to install & a much better finish.

Inline C Jambs and Stiles

Inline C jambs and stiles are C shaped structural flashings that will be used for Larnec and Sealec pre-hung doors instead of the current C10010s. This will be a far easier install as the girt to jamb connection will not require a bracket to navigate around the lips of the Cee.

Window Stiles and PA Door Jambs - Lipless C section

Would like to replace the C100 stiles and jambs with lipless 64mm or 152mm C section to cap the girts. Easier to install, safer as there are no sharp edges and easier to line out for class 1a buildings.

Awesome to see some progress on this Nikolas Sugden. We do this on every job. It’s a fantastic finish and much easier to install. Look forward to seeing it in SMS as a standard feature.

The PA door jams are still an issue - do we have an update on a suitable fix.

These are already in the system and have been for the last 3 or 4 years. They are a GJ64, GJ100 and so on to suit up to Z200's and come in set lengths from 2.4m to 3.6m long in 300mm increments and are 1.5mm thick material. If you want to use these instead of C100's then you will need to manually change these at ordering stage.
