Is there any way we can have the bolt connection for column in concrete set as screw bolts. Feedback from the installers is that using true-bolts when you are 500mm under ground level is just not practical.

I thought tru-bolts were easier to install (more forgiving) that screw bolts?

Ashley Gale: not according to the installers we use.

Ashley Gale: screw bolts are heaps easier you have to hit the tru bolts in with no swinging room for the hammer in the hole

Hi Sam,

There is no issue with this engineering wise, If it is something that majority of franchises are agreed upon I can have a look at changing the connection details and BOM's.
