Would it be possible to include a "Typical" DEB design to our concrete specs and drawings for use up to say 1.5m?

There are very few projects that are installed onto a flat level surface. Most of the time the pads when leveled they are not compaceted properly and we have to use extended piers and custom DEB's to fit the site. With applications going through council the certifiers are no longer happy to use "best practise" contruction for these but are insisting that these simple designs are included in our drawings.

Fully understand that there is a point where individual site engineering will be required but most of the projects i have done over the last couple of years where DEB design have been required do not change muchin regards to the concrete and reo design.

It would save a lot of time money and potential risk if these details were included in our typical drawings so that we can direct our contractors to be consistant with whats expected and satisfy certifier requirements.
