If the roller doors come with chains, can they be included in the quote detail. This is an example of one where all 3 doors have chains, bu you cant tell from the quote.

I know we have had this changed recently, but Is there anyway the min opening height before the chain becomes included can be changed from 3.05m to a lower height. Would be great to have the option from 2.7M & then we can remove if we dont want it? If not can it at least be 3M, as when you go to 3.05M it adds a large amount to the cost. I just did one and there was +$900 for 50mm bigger door with chain?

I agree this would be a helpful change, but 100% need the option to take it off.

Ashley Gale: this is something that has come up a bit for us, the flexibility to leave it off would be helpful. Similar to the option in SMS 'add roller door motor/remove motor' just something like 'add chain/remove chain' would be a helpful addition.
