Also, individual bay mezz floors in lean-tos. I'm not sure if this comment should go here as I haven't read every post in the roadmap yet today but I have a lot of class 1a portal frame shouse requests for the Aussie or US barn style where the centre gable end & one lean to are for tall vehicles and they want to have a 2-storey home in the other lean-to. Sometimes they also want a lean-to mezz that splits and the centre is a high-ceiling living area with 2 storey living areas at either end of the gutter side.

Hi, just wondering where this is up to. It's been years and would be incredibly beneficial to be able to split the mezzanine during the QUOTING process let alone ordering.

Ashley Gale is there any movement on this?? I've had a few more enquiries where clients would like split mezzanines. I can see that Steen Labone marked this as planned some time ago.

Standard 600 mm spacing requires thicker boards to meet standard . Possible to choose 450/600 in the mezz design ? Keep the steel girth etc , increase the number of bearers , sells more steel :-) !

Stairs on Mezz Floors
Can we have stairs added as an option to Mezzanine Floors? They are available from Shed Stairs and can be sent to or collated with orders the same as Stoddard or Aerofast products are now.

To be able to select bays and specify as no floor. For those sheds which have floors in some bays but not others. Builders should be able to look at plans and see exactly what they are building

My original submission was meant to do with concrete floor or no floor indication in plans for individual bays. (esp open bays/closed bay combination sheds)

Yes Totally agree also along the lenght of building , every second Mezz buyer asks for this

This is a good idea and we should also have the ability to select different heights for each and different loads for each.
