The stepdown needs to be 100mm so you can put vermin around the base and still be able to slope the concrete away from the builing

I think the 50mm step is the first issue, then the 450 centre. Thanks

do you mean 450 bay widths? if so that stops us from adding eave overhangs, as they can't go on anything more than 4m wide.

Hi Sam Didio
The issue here is the requirements for the stepdown on the Mezz for Class 1A, we are working on a new design that will allow this stepdown.
There is also the requirement for the Mezzanine to be 2-3 kPa, livable areas can be set to 1.5kpa. We are looking at allowing the difference in kPa across the Building.
We are also looking at allowing 450 centers, this is a requirement for flooring materials such as decking and some FC sheeting options.
This, partial mezz, split mezz, inline mezz and updates to mezz designs and UI are all part of the 2023 roadmap.
If you have a preference for which ones you would like to see first let me know and I can have a look at it.

Aaran Wilson: Definately the 450cl and 3kPa is essential for priority. Also require allowance for mezzanine in awnings and garaports.
