How far away are our engineering team & software designing teams from adding divider walls to the sheds, parallel to the ridge? My direct competitor, (who opened up a shop across the road from me a year after I opened grrrrr ), is sending quotes like this...

I have a situation with a customer who was quite upset with their finished product as when selecting "opening flashings" on their shed they have selected Manor Red as they liked the contrast. This puts the Manor red border around all windows, PA door and Glass sliding door, however, none of these flashings actually exist. They have claimed that as this is the colour selector there should be more accuracy and if they were to know this wouldn't be supplied this way they may have made some alternative colour decisions i.e. windows in Manor Red instead of Paperbark. This also seems to be consistent with the new ShedLab too. I do believe this does raise a valid point around the accuracy of this and is there potentially a way to remove these to only show the flashings that will be provided?

Can we please have the matt availability removed off the colour document on the products that are NOT available through the system. Nothing that is not avaialbe in the system should be shown as avaialble on any documents. Thanks

We are getting a lot of enquiries for Class 1a dwellings and grey glass is an advantage with energy efficiency requirements. Can a grey glass option be included in SMS?

Can there be something written into SMS to be able to change External Balcony Mezzanines to 450mm spacings? As Red Tongue wouldn't generally be able to be used in an External setting, decking requires a 450mm spacing so we would need to bring the purlins in and there doesn't seem to be anything for us to be able to change that.

"Scribe in, water proofing as per client requirement". The client & Builder do not want this design at all, causes nothing but trouble and truly looks horrible. If you push the parapet flashing up against the top wall girt, cut the internal wall sheet and push up to the bottom of the parapet flashing and then add another wall girt to fix the bottom cladding to, this will fix any water proofing issues and we wont need to try justify the design to our customers after its constructed.

Any reason we can't span divider walls half way across the span? We don't have a great deal of freedom with them, wpoudl be handy to at least have this option.

Can something get done about the formatting on the Quote Letters sent through SMS, especially with the Additional Items? See attached for the issue. If someone can understand the way to read the attachment from the Quote Letter compared to what I entered into SMS, they are doing better than me, so how can we expect a customer to understand it. If I can put line breaks in on SMS it should translate through to the PDF attachment for the customer.

Window, PA door and roller door dimensions aren't indicated on the layout and there is no window schedule in the plans. If we could view the opening sizes from the layout screen that would be very helpful. I can see that there isn't always room for the writing to be in a legible font so we could read on the layout screen it but even an arrow pointing to them with the sizes or a viewing toggle that we can switch on & off where it would show the sizes in different coloured writing, perhaps, would be very helpful, please.

Is there anyway of showing the lean-to as part of the green box when plotting the shed? Due to it's accuracy it would be handy and it would also prevent having to explain what's going on to the client.
