The Addition of a new “Mega” gutter with a dramatically higher ECA (Effective Cross-sectional Area) than our current range of gutters. This gutter will come in 3 sizes with ECAs as below: • Mega-gutter-12 11800 • Mega-gutter-18 17700 • Mega-Gutter-24 23600 This new gutter will be available in all areas of Australia in the entire range of currently available colours. This change will make finding an NCC compliant gutter through SMS far easier and will remove issues of supply of compliant gutters in certain areas.

This project will increase the amount of side wall bracing roller doors have to offer by including a structural header to effectively turn them into reverse portals. This extra bracing method only uses slightly more material than our original roller door frame design, but now can reduce or even remove the need for cross bracing in walls. Furthermore, this design will open the possibility of having buildings where all side bays can have roller doors.

This project will allow sheds to be designed with inline purlins and girts. This will increase the ratio of useable internal space to building footprint by having the girts run between the columns rather than along the outside.
