Wouldn't it be nice if Steelx would process BOM orders that are basically put in to overcome Steelx shortfalls! Agree Jeff why Steelx cant trust their "business partners" to process BOM orders immediately is beyond me

Hi Andrew good idea but I feel a better solution would be that parts only orders under $400.00 to be processed ASAP. Steelx should have enough trust in the Franchisees to allow a small credit why payment is being processed. If Franchisee blows this trust they lose the opportunity to have orders processed on trust. 9 times out of 10 parts orders are placed to fix an issue we are having onsite or stirrups that we and need urgently. As it stands now we lose 48 hours why being processed.
