Change Wording / Settings On Automatic Emails
in progress

It would be great if we can have the option to turn off and on what automatic emails are sent and edit the wording / make it more personalised to suit each store. We have clients calling and emailing on the daily from these emails. It would also be great that once an automatic email has been sent, there is a copy sent to the user as well so that they are aware of what is being sent at the time. I understand you can see what is being sent in SMS but you have to check that job by job, would be good information to have on hand before the client contacts us. I have attached an example. If some stores do not want this option, there should be a button to hit yes they want the notifications or no.

I would like to see a limit on what emails are sent on my behalf. The emails confirming deposits etc are fine but there are situations where I'd like the email to be written and sent by me. I had a situation where a job was put on hold to determine which depot would be used to manufacture the shed. It's horribly written and even mentions possible additional costs.

Another example from last week...

Another example, this is just the replies via email. Not to mention the phone calls. We would have to explain to the clients at least once per week what this automatic emails mean.

Another example from December last year. Auto email sent to client about the plans being "posted" and we are still waiting on his colour selection.

Another example, client is wanting to cancel because he is receiving these stupidly worded auto emails from the system where he thinks we don't know what's happening. Client paid in fill in October and the email is talking about him making another payment.
