Gutters are automatically removed due to not being able to have downpipes where the sliding door/s are located. Even with just one sliding door where the max size is 6m wide, that is a 12m run where a downpipe cannot be fitted to the building.

I have had this come up quite a bit in the last few weeks. I will be getting a task through to our programming team to have this as a Franchise setting, where gutter will still be included and not automatically removed (but no downpipes).
