It makes it incredibly difficult to sell and build to code a Class 1A structure if we can't do any of these basic functions. Especially raised floor / step for GSD opening out to an open deck/mezz . These should be a standard button / click in a Class 1A design structure zzzzzz. Also the items that Tammy has mentioned zzzzzzz

Also Glass Sliding doors Cannot be put in at the corrcct level when there is a raised floor or mezzanine. Again Critical in a class 1 design
