Hi Team, The change for these Windrated roller doors was reverted on Thursday and will be re-released with a franchise setting to have the doors Windrated by Default or not.

Tammy Maurer That sounds out of the ordinary, could you send a recording of the issue as its happening (Sharex is a handy application for screen recording) though to EUST plus a import quote

Totally agree. We avoid wind locked doors like the plague. Why can't it just be a franchise setting? Best of both worlds. Tuarean don't offer an efficient wind rated option without clips. And clips really don't play nice with RD Motors. A pain to adjust and service too.

Crazy!!! This needs to be undone and only be available through franchise settings. We will lose sales through forgetting to undo it especially when we are constantly making changes. Would love understand the thought process of why this decision was made?

Please! Every door size change or positioning reinstates it. Painful to constantly remove.

Absolutley, we shouldn't have to remember to turn things on and of constantly through quoting. Leave it as an option.

Absolutely , as a default going to cost a lot of money if not procedurally mapped to turn this OFF every time , ( and this includes EDITS !!) Poorly considered as a SMS update .
