Overall height including slab for eave height.

We have been getting a lot of push back from Councils wanting plans to show the overall height which includes the slab (100mm). This is a particular issue with heights of sheds on boundaries. My building certifier has provided me with an example from Eureka Sheds (see attached) which shows the FFL and the 100mm slab under it. Can something like this be incorporated into our plans?

This is a great idea. We are forever having to add additional elevations which is time consuming in itself
