Pier Locations for Mezzanines

If there are columns under a mezzanine floor why doesn't SMS put in a pier for the column?
We understand there is a few lines in the General Notes, but there should also be something on the diagram showing the pier locations. Most concreters and builders are going to go off the images they can see rather than having to read an essay to find something in the fineprint of any documents.

Couldn't agree more Phillip. Also, pier locations for roller doors jambs need to be added to the drawings, rather than in the general notes. In my experience as an installer, they are often not included by the concreter.
