I would like to be able to have a bracing solution for a single bay shed or a single bay lean-to.

Can we please increase the screw lengths for the wall sheets on kit home to be 20mm. This is critical when installing insulation as it gives a bit more bite to the frame.

The longer screws in the eave always end up with the bare shaft in the purlin. Pitches less than 30d don't require longer screws

Why so beefy and why no flashing ..Ugly as !

I've noticed that there are a large number of links located in the Construciton manual now to Autocad videos on how connections and components should be installed. Can we get access to these through the knowledge base for easy access when we are trying to show items to installers or clients

We have clients who hav kits with cast in Brackets that want to get their slabs poured before the kit is ordered. Is there any way the cast in brackets can be ordered seperately and supplied direct to the franchise ahead of the rest of the kit so the slab can proceed. this is particulaly relevant where we have build delays and and are want to delay the kit being ordered so it is not sitting on the ground for a lengthy period of time.

Use a bracket rather than strap for fly bracing.

Can we get rid of the ugly, outdated Flat ridge cap we currently sell and progress to roll top ridge cap.? Even the cheap flimsy shed companies sell roll top. Roll top is a far better product , much stronger when installing, lines up better to the ridge and looks 100 percent better on a shed.

How come rivets aren’t supplied for gutter connections and some flashing connections?? Screws are very ugly in gutters !!! And screws in corner flashings etc are a catch point for clients once shed is completed. I’ll add to that I’m currently a Widespan Shed agent and rivets are not available under that brand, however are under different brands of Steelx.

Metroll do not cut short sheets under 600mm. I would like our BOM order to list the length that Metroll supply and a note on the BOM to tell the builder/customer that the sheet has to be cut. For example; if a job requires 4 header sheets @ 300mm the BOM should have 2 @ 600mm.
