Have the ability to use Joist over bearer, nesting channel (in line) to reduce the amount of height lost using the current system

I would like to be able to choose bay by bay the height of the building.

We used to have the ability to add a roller door and remove the door. This allowed us to reposition mullions to fit windows where we needed it in buildings. Please bring this back asap! Doesn't need to say roller door if you have issues with wind rating etc. Just a custom opening size please. This should be an easy task as it was already in the system before.
